Anand Kumar a math wizard: Hrithik Roshan to play the role in ‘Super 30’

        Super 30 will show not just what the world knows about Anand, but also his fascinating backstory. A biopic ‘Super 30’ directed by Vikas Bahl have been announced, showcasing the life of the Patna-based scholar, mathematician Anand Kumar. Hrithik Roshan being chosen to play him onscreen, the math’s genius said the actor is the perfect choice to essay him on celluloid. He confirmed the news and has been officially signed up to play the mathematician in ‘Super 30’.

Hrithik Roshan had met Kumar a few weeks ago to understand his character better and their pictures went viral on social media. Hrithik was last seen in ‘Kaabil’. The Dhoom actor will also hire a voice coach to train him in the Bihari sing-song speech.

Katrina Kaif has also been spotted with Anand Kumar and buzz is that she is all set to the part in the biopic together with Hrithik Roshan. Though, it’s not confirmed yet. Mathematician Anand Kumar had posted, “Had a long chat with Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif today.”

Let’s take a look at Anand Kumar’s life – 

Anand Kumar a math wizard, who is being struggled too much in his life. He got into the prestigious Cambridge University in 1994 but was forced to let go of the opportunity due to financial limitations. Anand Kumar traveled to Varanasi from Patna every weekend to get access to foreign journals at the Benaras Hindu University. And began selling papads with his mother in the evenings to bring in some extra money.

He started ‘The Ramanujan School of Mathematics’ and taught students for competitive examinations at a small fee. Several of his students were not in a position to pay even that much, though the fee for his institute was minimal.

That’s where he started ‘Super 30’. It is an educational program, where 30 meritorious students from Underprivileged. And economically-backward are chosen and trained to get into the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). They also get free lodging and food. Food is cooked by Anand Kumar’s mother, Jayanti Devi.

This year All 30 students from Super 30 overcome the Indian Institute of Technology Entrance Examination (IIT). So far 396 students have made it to IIT from Anand Kumar’s coaching program.
