Tom Ellis the British actor burns up the screen in Fox series. Lucifer, a fallen angel, has left hell and taken up residence in Los Angeles. Where he owns a nightclub and scorns many of the rules of human society.

This Fox drama Adapted by Tom Kapinos from a Vertigo comic series. Tom Ellis as Lucifer Morningstar, an angel cast out of Heaven and condemned to rule Hell, has decided to take a vacation.

Lucifer is regularly chased by an angel and his brother named Amenadiel (DB Woodside), who urges him to return to the underworld. Lucifer also has a sexy pal, Mazikeen (Lesley-Ann Brandt), a demon who is supposed to watch over him. Though her priorities and his don’t always match up. However, the core relationship is with a police detective Chloe Decker (Lauren German). So, he captivates her young daughter Trixie (Scarlett Estevez) and threatens Chloe’s detective ex Dan Espinoza (Kevin Alejandro). He is also intriguing to therapist Linda Martin (Rachael Harris), who soon enters into a counseling-for-sex deal with Lucifer. The devil himself has to face some family drama with his mother Charlotte (Tricia Helfer) and brother Uriel (Michael Imperioli), who came with Azrael’s blade.

Lucifer “the devil” senses something different about Chloe and soon manages to get himself named a civilian consultant to the police. Because she’s immune to his charms. After that, he and the unwilling Chloe becomes a sort of buddy-cop team. Chloe initially can’t stand him and doesn’t believe that he’s the actual Devil. The devil’s gift is that he can trigger the hidden desires of anybody, other than Chloe, and he can compel the truth from anyone.

Tom Ellis is irresistibly appealing, watching him do anything, and just as most Los Angelenos are powerless in the face of Lucifer’s gaze, some viewers will be as well. Tom Ellis’s British accent and a smile and delivers every line like it ought to be clever, so when it’s not, that only makes the character look worse.
